Grading without the vague bits
Clear grading. Honest variation.
PWC grades describe the condition range you should expect within a box. They do not mean every garment will show identical wear or require no preparation.
Worth knowing: second-hand clothing grading involves judgement. PWC grading definitions may differ from those used by other wholesalers, marketplaces or individual sellers.
PWC Grade A
Pre-owned clothing in good saleable condition overall. Ordinary signs of use and occasional small imperfections may be present. Routine preparation may still be needed.
PWC Mixed Grade A/B
A disclosed mix of Grade A and Grade B stock. The product page explains the intended mix or expected condition range.
PWC Grade B / Rework
More visible wear or faults should be expected. Intended for value resale, cleaning, repair, rework or upcycling.
PWC Grade C / Clearance
Heavier wear, visible faults, marks, stains, holes, missing details or repair needs should be expected. Intended for low-cost resale, repair, bundling, markets, rework or upcycling.

Are these mystery boxes?
The individual garments vary, but the important product information should not be a mystery. Each listing states its category, quantity or weight, grade, photograph basis and guaranteed elements.
Will I receive the items in the photographs?
Every product page labels its images as the exact box, a current-batch example or representative previous stock. If photographs are representative, you will not receive those exact garments.
Can I request particular brands, sizes or styles?
Not unless the product page offers that choice. Order notes cannot be used for individual stock requests.
What does PWC Grade A mean?
Pre-owned clothing in good saleable condition overall, with ordinary wear and occasional small imperfections possible. It does not mean unworn or guaranteed preparation-free.
Can you tell me how much profit I will make?
No. Selling price and sell-through depend on the garment, condition, season, platform, fees, preparation, photography and pricing. PWC Trade does not guarantee profit or resale value.
Do you offer custom boxes?
Not at launch. A standard range helps us prepare orders consistently. Larger trade requirements can be submitted through the Contact page, subject to stock and capacity.
Where do you deliver?
UK delivery only at launch. The precise delivery area, charges and any postcode restrictions are shown at checkout.
How often do boxes restock?
There is no fixed schedule. Boxes are released when a suitable batch is ready.
